About these terms

These terms govern your use of DoodleSwim, operated by Weektaak.com (trading as DoodleSwim.com). By creating an account you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

The service

DoodleSwim lets a venue print colouring sheets, have them coloured and scanned, and shown as animated fish on a screen. We provide the software and hosting. We may improve, change or pause features to keep the service running well.

Accounts and trials

Every account starts with a 14-day free trial, no card required. After the trial a paid plan is needed to keep using the service. You are responsible for keeping your login details safe and for the activity on your account.

Acceptable use

You agree to use DoodleSwim lawfully and to display only content you are entitled to show. You must not upload or display content that is unlawful, harmful, hateful or otherwise inappropriate for a public screen that children can see. You must have a valid legal basis, usually parental consent, for any child's drawing you collect and display.

Payment

Paid plans are billed in advance through our payment provider, Stripe. Prices are shown on our website. You can manage or cancel your subscription from your dashboard; cancellation stops future charges and takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

Your content

You keep all rights in the drawings and content collected through your venue. You grant us only the limited permission needed to host and display that content as part of the service, as described in our data processing agreement.

Availability and liability

We work hard to keep DoodleSwim available but we cannot promise it will never be interrupted. To the extent the law allows, the service is provided as is, and our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before a claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Ending the agreement

You can close your account at any time. We may suspend or end an account that breaks these terms. When an account ends we delete or anonymise its data in line with our privacy policy and the law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Dutch law. Disputes will be brought before the competent court in the Netherlands, unless mandatory consumer rules say otherwise.
